Running a large warehouse is like keeping a million-piece puzzle in order: boxes inside pallets, which end up inside containers, loaded onto ships or trucks.
The problem
Knowing what is inside a specific box at the bottom of a pallet is a nightmare. Operators often have to scan every single piece one by one, losing hours and making mistakes. If you lose track of where a product ended up, it is practically lost forever.
The solution
The engine reasons like a family tree. Every product knows who its father is (the box) and who its grandfather is (the pallet). By scanning the code of a whole pallet, the system instantly knows everything it contains, down to the last piece, without having to open anything. You can ask the system where a certain piece is and the answer is immediate: in box B, on pallet C, in aisle 5.
The value for the client
Time and control. Inventory times shrink dramatically and shipping errors drop to zero. An X-ray view of the entire warehouse, always up to date.
