The solution

We give every tool digital accountability. Each tool carries an industrial tag: the worker scans their badge and the tool when taking it from the warehouse, and the system knows who is holding what. If a tool doesn't come back by the end of the shift, a notification is triggered. The system also blocks the use of precision instruments if their periodic calibration has expired, guaranteeing the quality of the work.
