Supply chain · for warehouses, workshops, laboratories and multi-company management

Proteo

Everything has its own form. Proteo knows them all

Screws counted individually, fabric measured in square metres, oil in litres, disinfectant in batches with expiry dates, laptops with their serial numbers, kits made up of their components: each product has its own profile and Proteo manages stock correctly across all your sites. Every transaction is permanently recorded in the ledger.

Benefits

An inventory system that adapts to what you store

The same system for everything: the rules change, not the way you work.

  • Seven profiles, one inventory

Pieces, litres converted into bottles, square metres calculated from dimensions, batches, batches with expiry dates, serial numbers, kits: choose the profile and Proteo calculates stock accurately.

  • Clear view of expiry dates

Every batch displays its date and remaining days; alerts arrive before a batch expires or stock runs out.

  • Every site, every company

Warehouses, shops, vans: transfers with goods in transit. And if you manage inventory for your clients, access their companies from a single account.

  • An indelible ledger

Every input, output and transfer remains recorded, including who performed it and when. An error is reversed, never deleted.

Every product behaves just like in real life

Fabric is measured in square metres using the length × height formula; laptops are tracked individually by serial number, status and location; disinfectant is logged by batch, and for each batch Proteo tracks remaining stock and expiry dates. Physical, allocated and available stock are always kept separate for each site.

Know what to reorder before running out

The restocking dashboard places every product in its column — out of stock, critical, reorder, optimal, surplus — displaying recent consumption and remaining days of stock. Supplier purchase orders, even when partially received, update stock automatically; sales allocate goods until dispatched.

How it works

How it works

From catalogue to reporting, without spreadsheets.

  1. 01

    Step 1

    Import your catalogue

Create products or import them, then assign a profile to each: individual items, by measurement, by batch, with expiry, serialised or kit.

  2. 02

    Step 2

    Set up your sites

Warehouses, retail stores, vans: each site tracks its own stock, and goods move via stock transfers.

  3. 03

    Step 3

    Record movements

Goods received, sales, returns, stocktakes: from your PC, smartphone widget or by scanning a QR code.

  4. 04

    Step 4

    Keep an eye on alerts

Low stock, expiring batches, excess inventory: the dashboard and restocking board highlight required actions.

  5. 05

    Step 5

    Analyse the figures

Inventory valuation and cost of goods sold per site, consistently matching the movement ledger.
